Liberation Constitutionalism

A talk delivered at the Big Ten Law School Speaker Series at Indiana University, describing the idea of "Liberation Constitutionalism," an approach to U.S. Constitutional interpretation that centers the reconstructive efforts of Black American liberation activists, understood as constitutional authors.
