Morrison et al. mRNA expression dependence on miRNA seed presence

This capsule takes as input lists of miRNA seeds, and sequences for the 3pUTRs of all of the genes in the human transcriptome. It first maps the seeds to the 3pUTRs. The capsule can also take a "gene set logic file" and identify sets of genes that have particular profiles of seeds. Once gene sets are identified, an ECDF plot can be created comparing the expression of different gene sets in a given gene expression experiment. A user can duplicate the capsule and provide different sets of seed sequences, different gene set logic, different expression data, to see how their results compare to ours or to extend these results to new experimental questions.
