Description

QMAP-Seq is a quantitative and multiplexed chemical-genetic profiling platform that enables pooled measurement of drug response across multiple cell lines, genetic perturbations, compounds, doses, and replicates from a single next-generation sequencing run. This pipeline allows users to computationally process QMAP-Seq data from fastq files into relative cell number values, heat maps of relative cell number, dose-response curves, and area under the curve (AUC) values.
