Oblique plane illumination (x′y′) view of a large-scale stitched volume from a 1 mm thick, uncleared mouse brain section. The volume was obtained by stitching multiple tiles along the y-axis. On the left, we have a top view (xy) i.e. a virtual section of the stitched volume at a depth of 100 µm. The arrow points at the y-location of each oblique view frame. The total volume covered is ~ 0.95 mm × 4.75 mm × 0.3 mm (x × y × z).
