Amy Petzel is a pediatrician in the department of Pediatrics, Hospital-Based Medicine. She works at both Lurie Children's Hospital and Prentice Women's Hospital. She enjoys caring for children of all ages, from neonates to adolescents.
Interests in both clinical and classroom education of medical students and residents. Instructor of clinical skills small group sessions for medical students.
Clinical interests are varied, ranging from care of neonates and delivery room resuscitation to acute care of sick children and adolescents.
