Professor Dehzangi's research interests include semiconductor and optoelectronic solid state devices, novel electronic and optoelectronic devices; nanoelectronics, spintronic, microengineering, scaling transistors (MOSFETs, BJTs); semiconductor processing and nano/micro fabrication, novel infrared detectors and imagers, condensed matter and solid state physics.
