My primary interests are in congenital heart disease and cardiac imaging with an emphasis in fetal and pediatric echocardiography. I have specialized interest in perinatal cardiology and I work closely with the Chicago Institute of Fetal Health to provide care to our fetal patients and families. I am also involved in the single ventricle and inter-stage team to help care for children with complex heart disease throughout their lives. My research goals lie in fetal echocardiography and the assessment of fetal cardiac rhythm and function assessment.
My clinical focus is in fetal echocardiography, pediatric transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, and general outpatient pediatric cardiology. I am also involved with the inter-stage team to help manage single ventricle patients prior to their staged surgical intervention.
