Research Interests

My primary clinical expertise and research participation is in the the field of interventional cardiology. This is the use of catheter based (minimally invasive) techniques to treat structural heart disease. Specific procedures that I perform include the closure of VSD, PDA, ASD and arteriovenous malformations as well as the treatment of valvar and vascular obstruction including pulmonary valve stenosis, aortic valve stenosis, coarctation of the aorta and pulmonary artery stenosis. I am a certified physician in the use of the Melody Transcatheter Pulmonic Valve
