Personal profile

Research Interests

I am deeply interested in improving the delivery of health care for pediatric patients with a focus on children with heart disease. In our rapidly changing health care system, we need to utilize formal quality improvement science to ensure we are maximizing those outcomes that matter to patients and families while striving to do so in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. Clinically, my expertise is in pediatric cardiac imaging, specifically echocardiography (including fetal echocardiography) and cardiac MRI. I also diagnose and medically manage children with heart disease in inpatient and outpatient settings from before birth to adulthood.
