Research Interests
I am a clinical health psychologist with a background in experimental, qualitative, and online research methods. My research interests intersect sexual health and behavior, HIV prevention, and sexual and gender minority populations. My work has focused on three main areas: 1) understanding ethical issues in sexual health and HIV prevention research and healthcare with sexual and gender minority adolescents; 2) examining the role of social media and technology in sexual minority adolescent and adult men's sexual health, romantic relationships, identity development, and well-being and developing technology-based interventions; 3) investigating sexual healthcare access and experiences among SGM youth, particularly PrEP awareness and perspectives among SGM adolescents.
