Research Interests

Dr. Zhao’s methodological research interests are in the areas of survival and event history analysis, longitudinal data analysis, and design and analysis of clinical trials. His current work has focused on methodology development to integrate information about patients’ baseline characteristics to individualize treatment choice. His collaborative work is in the areas Cardiovascular and HIV research.
