Research Interests

I primarily work on developing computational pipeline and detecting role of gene-isoforms in genomic research. I am currently involved in diverse NGS data analysis projects, including but not limited to, cancer informatics(GBM, Ovarian, Breast, Prostate etc.), transplantation, ALS, infectious disease, and pediatrics research. Analyses involve combination of traditional bioinformatics and machine learning approaches.
