Research Interests

Dr. Myers is the Fellowship Director of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine at Lurie Children's Hospital and Northwestern University. He trained as a pediatrics resident and neonatology fellow at the University of Chicago. Dr. Myers serves as the webmaster for the Organization of Neonatal Program Directors.

Dr. Myers is interested in the interactions between infants, families and the medical team during the course of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit admission. He also focus on mentoring and training Neonatology Fellows as they progress toward becoming junior faculty. He received the Neonatology Fellowship teaching award in 2015.

Dr. Myers focuses on the care on critically ill newborns who are prematurity or have critical illnesses.
