I am the PI on a phase 1 study "Suppression of allergic antibodies in human subjects" exploring a novel approach in people with allergies (allergic rhinitis) by injecting the neuropeptide, substance P. This work stems from a serendipitous observation in animals and then investigation of allergic subjects. The project is listed in clinicaltrials.gov. I am the PI on a study "Anti-TSLP plus antigen-specific immunotherapy for induction of tolerance in individuals with cat allergy." This project is listed in clinicaltrials.gov.
