Research Interests
I am interested in feedback and Coaching in medical education, particularly at the graduate medical level. I am developing programs around and studying Coaching as a mechanism to improve the clinical performance of trainees, and to promote learner-driven goals for improvement.
I came to the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital as a Pediatric Emergency Medicine attending after graduating fellowship in 2014. I am currently the associate program director for the Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship and serve as a College Mentor at the Feinberg School of Medicine.
