Research Interests
Dr Chaudhury is a pediatric stem sell transplanter with special interest in transplantation strategies to reduce toxicities, stem cell transplants for non-malignant disorders utilizing reduced intensity transplants, immunologic mechanisms of graft failure and graft versus host disease (GVHD) following stem cell transplantation (SCT) and pediatric Chronic Myeloid Leukemia. These efforts are directed at making transplant safer, better tolerated and more accessible by reducing associated toxicities and improving outcomes.
Clinical research leadership in designing and implementing trials to improve outcomes in stem cell transplant.
Chronic Myeloid Leukemia, Transplantation of hematological non-malignant disorders, chronic myeloid leukemia and use of cellular-immunotherapy in malignancies.
