Personal profile

Research Interests

My research interest is primarily on the structural mechanisms of activation of the cell-surface receptors in cancer and neural development. We try to obtain atomic-resolution views, using X-ray crystallography and biochemical/biophysical tools, on how the transmembrane receptors recognize their ligands, and how these recognition/activation processes can be modulated for clinical purposes.
