Description
Primary Aim: To assess the long-term retention and effect on operating room performance of the skills acquired in a standard surgical simulation curriculum (using both dry simulation labs and in vivo porcine models) for hysteroscopy and laparoscopy for Obstetrics and Gynecology residents in a large, tertiary care hospital residency program.
Secondary Aims:
1. To assess resident satisfaction with the simulation curriculum
2. To assess resident self-reported knowledge of and comfort with the skills acquired via the standard surgical simulation curriculum.
