Specific Aim #1: Specific Aim #2: Specific Aim #3: Describe the current state of telehealth at NMH in a diverse set of surgical specialties. Evaluate the impact of telehealth on communication between providers, team members, and patients. Define best practices for telehealth surgical specialties using a Human-Centered Design workshop.
