Description

This proposal is desgined to analyze the patterns of genomic imprinting longitudinally across gestation during the course of placental development and the role of loss of imprinting in adverse pregenacy outcomes, notably preterm labor, preeclampsia, and growth restriction in 200 nulliparous women as an ancillary study of the NICHD's Nulliparous Network Study (NuMOM2B).
