Description

Evaluate the capacity for BioRestore™ to act as a bone graft extender or bone graft substitute in the rat posterolateral spine fusion model. This Aim will implement the rat pre-clinical PLF model to compare BioRestore™ with other bone graft extenders, and will also evaluate its capacity to induce healing in this model without the need for “autograft” bone (ie, syngeneic allograft bone). Treatment groups are shown in Table 2.
