Project: Research project

Project Details

The Northwestern University team, under the direction of Dr. Holmes, will perform the following services during the funding period: • Rigorous multi-site program evaluation that leverages tested standard reporting templates, surveys, and tracking devices launched in REDCap. • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis with timely reporting to drive strategic management. • Develop and implement a model for continuous quality improvement – and use of this model over the course of the funding period will enable the development of a generalizable CQI model to guide strategic management of informatics and data-related activities at the local level. • Develop and Implement frameworks to support the reporting of quantifiable, measurable, and actionable results • Results-Based Accountability (RBA) exercise to be completed in Q1 to improve strategic management, promote accountability, enhance reporting, and maximize the impact of programs with yearly assessment of the indicators with leadership. • Generalizable tracking, evaluation, and reporting models for data and informatics that can yield • A computable attribution framework for informatics will be collaboratively developed and tested; it will be made openly available for implementation in research information systems through GitHub. • Develop and Implement a plan to support the reporting of results and products of the CD2H-CC broadly across all stakeholder groups. This work will build on successful efforts by Dr. Holmes and her team on a focused dissemination strategy for cores at Northwestern. Outputs and outcomes are broadly disseminated across a range of communication vehicles, especially through communities of practice to support action on these outputs and outcomes to benefit the CTSA Consortium. • The Northwestern team will leverage their expertise in publishing and dissemination to support the dissemination of the tools, methods, and processes deployed from the CD2H-CC team through the published literature.
