Description
This proposed project will create a novel pilot leadership development program (LDP) for general surgery residents during academic development time (ADT) addressing an important gap in residency training. We will create a simulation-based program targeting leadership needs elucidated in a pre-course needs assessment for ADT residents as they transition in and out of their clinical years.
