A Pilot Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Direct to Patient Initiation of CGM in Type I Diabetes

Advisory Committee participation for the study titled “A Pilot Study to Assess the Effectiveness of Direct to Patient Initiation of CGM in Type 1 Diabetes”. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • support for ongoing development of study materials • review of study progress and study data to evaluate need for protocol or procedural modifications in preparation for main study • work with Coordinating Center to identify recruitment partners • Participation in conference calls and or meetings on an as needed basis • clinical project lead to guide protocol development and review study progress
