Project: Research project

Project Details

This proposal directly meets the goals of Dixon Translational Research Grants Initiative by being an innovative proposal (through the evaluation of Islet Cell Transplant outcomes), with collaborative infrastructure and effort (through the integration of the Comprehensive Transplant Center and Division of Endocrinology, Metabolism and Molecular Medicine), that is unique to Northwestern, which will potentially improve the diabetes care of these patients by directly challenging current clinical practice.
