A wireless, closed-loop neural probe for optogenetics, pharmacology and neurochemical monitoring

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The Rogers’ group will be responsible for integrating aptamer-enhanced graphene field effect transistor (AeG-FETs) and wireless multicolor photometers with wireless optofluidic probe. The Rogers’ group will also develop a customized software system to provide an automated data analysis and control interface for closed-loop manipulation. The work includes the design, fabrication, assembly, and testing of the components in a lab setting.
