New Treatment Delivery Strategies for High Grade Gliomas

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The aim of this work will be to explore the use of sonication to disrupt the blood-brain barrier as a mean to enhance the delivery of therapeutic-cargo to high grade gliomas. Therapeutic cargo includes protein-based drug carriers that can be modified to include fluorescent tags and targeting proteins. Current therapeutic cargo being developed are IDP-micelles and MS2 capsids.
