Allstate Nonprofit Leadership Project

The overall goal of the Greater Good program is to enhance the leadership capacity of 30 participating nonprofit leaders. The strength of the sector as a whole is dependent on the development of a future cadre of strong, passionate leaders who are committed to efficient, effective leadership. As has been proved in academic literature and business practice, leadership is most often cited as the key driver of organizational success. By investing in the leaders of the sector, this program will not only enhance the leadership skills of the individuals but also enable them to contribute more successfully to their organizations, thus strengthening the sector.
