STATEMENT OF WORK
Northwestern University will recruit for the “CATNIP” study (Anti-TSLP (AMG 157) plus antigen-specific immunotherapy for induction of tolerance in individuals with cat allergy) according to the Protocol ITN057AD, Version 1.0 (September 30, 2013) and IND # 117,529. We will aim to recruit 20 subjects, but up to 50 subjects may be recruited and may complete the study over 3-4 years.
Dr. Pedro Avila will be the site PI at Northwestern University. He will oversee the conduction of the study and will supervise study and lab coordinators. He has experience in clinical research and clinical trials since 1996. Dr. Avila will also engage other faculty (Dr. Seong Cho and Dr. Anne Ditto) as co-investigators to assist him in performing the duties of the study physician, particularly when Dr. Avila is absent (e.g. vacation).
