Description
This proposal studies the use of information as an incentive device in dynamic environments. Once material incentive schemes such as bonuses and promotions have been exhausted, an organization's day-to-day incentives are provided through the management and disclosure of information: about progress toward goals, about the state of the market, about FIXME. The PI proposes to apply and extend the theory of information design to study the optimal provision of incentives in these settings.
