Dr. John Pachankis (Yale) is the project PI, and Professor Thomas McDade will serve as PI of the subcontract to Northwestern. Aaron Miller, research technician, will also be involved in the project. Subcontract funds are being requested to cover the costs associated with the analysis of 2,692 de-identified samples in the Laboratory for Human Biology Research for multiple markers of health. Funds for salary are being requested to cover PI effort on this project, as well as the effort of Miller. Miller will have primary responsibility for implementing the analyses, and the PI will oversee his work. The PI will also be involved in the analysis, presentation, and publication of results from this project.
