Project Launch and Fidelity 1. Conduct a thorough review of available scientific literature to guide evidence-based decision making throughout all aspects of program implementation and evaluation. a. Deliver results of the review to Brave Space Alliance in the form of a comprehensive report by the end of Project Month 1. 2. Assist with the development of intuitive, effective, and clear materials for program fidelity, including: a. Creating a program logic model displaying program inputs and activities alongside short, medium, and long-term outcomes; and b. Refining a program policies & procedures manual to ensure intervention fidelity and clarity. c. Deliver logic model and P&P manual by the end of Project Month 2. Evaluation Data Collection and Management 3. Develop, program, and implement quantitative outcomes evaluation materials using Research Electronic Data Capture (REDCap) software. a. Deliver completed quantitative outcomes evaluation survey to Brave Space Alliance by the end of Project Month 2. b. Make revisions to the survey to ensure cultural responsiveness and efficacy as requested by Brave Space Alliance. c. Implement quantitative outcomes evaluation survey to program clients on a quarterly (every three months) basis. d. Collect, store, manage, clean, analyze, and interpret quantitative outcomes data using best practices for health programs evaluation. 4. Develop and implement qualitative processes and outcomes evaluation in the form of participant focus groups (FGs) and/or key informant interviews (KIIs). a. Identify the optimal mode of administration for qualitative evaluation methods. b. Deliver evidence-based KII/FG interview guides to identify program successes, challenges, and unique contextual dynamics to Brave Space Alliance by the end of Project Month 9. c. Make revisions to interview guides to ensure cultural responsiveness and efficacy as requested by Brave Space Alliance. d. Collect, store, manage, clean, analyze, and interpret qualitative evaluation data using best practices for health programs evaluation. Quality Improvement and Technical Assistance 5. As requested, deliver trainings and/or coaching services to build evaluation capacity and/or address technical challenges.
