Project Details
Description
The primary goal of the Hope Lab in year five of the project is to visually analyze antibody distribution in macaque studies by fluorescent microscopy. The Hope lab will generate fluorescently labeled antibodies and provide them to the primate center. The primate center will conduct all the animal studies and then ship tissues to the Hope lab for analysis. Hope lab personnel will cryosection tissues, stain for cellular markers and image tissues on deconvolution and confocal microscopes. The second goal is to conduct antibody purfication, neutralization, mobility, and binding (SPR) assays.
