Description
The current proposal is based on our existing analytical expertise high throughput CRISPR screening and genome mapping, analysis and manipulation strategies. The proposed research is built on exciting preliminary results obtained through unbiased high throughput in vivo CRISPR screening in a clinically relevant model system.
