This subcontract for 1/01/12-12/31/12 is to support the work of the MacArthur Foundation Network on Housing and Children, which is doing a survey, experiment and qualitative study of how housing affects children in four U.S. Cities: Dallas, Denver, Seattle, and Cleveland. This subcontract has two parts: 1) transcription and analysis of qualitative pilot interviews of Latinos in Chicago, and 2) a sociological site portrait of one of our research sites (to be determined) based on existing literatures, archives, documents, demographics, and interviews with knowledgeable consultants.
