Description

1. The subcontractor shall develop and provide a build of the NIH Toolbox App that implements the Automation Manager actor requirements from the IHE Laboratory Test Workflow (LTW) profile and the Point of Care Result Generator (POCRG) from the Laboratory Point of Care Testing (LPOCT) profile (see IHE Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Technical Framework [PaLM TF] Volume 1 Ch. 3,6; PaLM TF Volume 2a Ch. 3.4-3.5; PaLM TF Volume 2c Ch. 3.30-3.31). Any code developed as part of this sub-contract will be considered as a derivative of the original copyrighted NIH Toolbox. As such, all legal rights to that code will be transferred to the copyright holders of the NIH Toolbox. Normal license fees to use the NIH Toolbox app will apply and are outside of the scope of this sub-contract. a. The subcontractor shall provide a user interface that allows user to configure the HL7 endpoints to receive evaluation orders from. b. The subcontractor shall provide a user interface that allows the user to configure the HL7 endpoint to deliver results to. c. The subcontractor shall provide a user interface that allows the user to configure site-specific HL7 header fields. See Figure 1: HL7 Site Configuration Screen d. The subcontractor shall ensure all network interfaces support TLS encrypted communications. e. The subcontractor shall implement device authentication via TLS mutual authentication. A concept of how this might be configured is presented in Figure 2 f. The subcontractor shall add support for order identifiers to uniquely identify evaluations. These order numbers shall be visible in the user interface when viewing available evaluations. 2. The subcontractor shall provide the Contractor general assistance and support with integrating PROMIS and Neuro QoL HealthMeasures APIs into the CAMPFIRE system. 3. The subcontractor shall provide the Contractor general assistance and support designing a clinical study, including study design and selecting appropriate HealthMeasures to be integrated into the clinical study. Data analysis to be performed by the Contractor or other performers. 4. The Subcontractor shall support the Contractor’s transition and commercialization efforts as needed. 5. The Subcontractor shall provide technical content to the Contractor to support the generation of regular deliverables and final report.
