Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

This project is a collaboration between three organizations that have a solid history of working together. Northwestern will provide oversight and content expert guidance to the project. The Metropolitan Chicago Breast Cancer Task Force (MCBCTF) provides access to their mammography quality, treatment quality and primary care advisory boards providing further expert input. Previous work, led by MCBCTF, laid the groundwork for this project. The Center for Business Models in Healthcare, who have subcontracted on breast cancer care process improvement projects in the past with both MCBCTF and Northwestern, leads the project by developing methodology, conducting surveys, workshops and follow-up support.
