The proposed project will explore the impact of using culturally relevant STEM education curriculum for Native Hawaiian grades 3-8 students to integrate sustainable technologies. Specifically, the project will entail intellectual merit by developing the micro:bit solar-power energy platform and the impact of the curriculum on student achievement.
