Collaborative Research: MLWiNS: ANN for Interference Limited Wireless Networks

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The goal of this project is to develop radio resource management algorithms with the objective of maximizing an overall network utility metric, which usually measures some combination of spectrum efficiency and energy efficiency. Two key challenges addressed are: 1) The algorithm must be able to scale to metropolitan networks with many hundred densely deployed access points; 2) The algorithm must adapt to ever-changing channel, traffic, and interference conditions, which often cannot be measured/tracked accurately.
