A. Objective 1. To determine the effect and dose-response relationship of test compound treatment on hyperthermia-induced seizures in Scn1a+/- Dravet mice and wild-type littermates.

B. Objective 2. To determine the effect and dose-response relationship of test compound treatment on general activity and anxiety measures in Scn1a+/- Dravet mice and wild-type littermates.

A. Objective 1. To determine pharmacokinetics following oral administration of test compound in chow.

B. Objective 2. To determine the effect and dose-dependence of test compound treatment on survival of Scn1a+/- Dravet mice.

C. Objective 3. To determine the effect and dose-dependence of test compound treatment on spontaneous seizures in Scn1a+/- Dravet mice.

D. Objective 4. To determine the effect of test compound treatment on spontaneous seizures and epileptiform activity in Scn1a+/- Dravet mice.
