Description
The Institution will provide two responsible persons, Mr. Caldwell and Dr. Fatone (hereinafter referred to as “INSTRUCTORS”), for two days of Program at Sponsor in Orlando, FL. In this Program, the responsible INSTRUCTORS of the Institution will teach how to fabricate and fit the NU-FlexSIV Socket to a specified group of 10-12 prosthetists chosen by Sponsor.
