Cortical midline structures and self-reflection in youth at ultra-high risk for psychosis

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

This project will examine resting-state functional connectivity MRI (fcMRI) in cortical midline brain structures responsible for self-referential cognition. As part of prior ongoing research, NU’s ADAPT lab will be conducting MRI scans and obtaining fcMRI data on community youth at ultra-high risk for psychosis and healthy controls. This project will create an add-on study in which these participants will complete supplementary testing and an autobiographical interview. We will correlate fcMRI data with behavioural, clinical, and autobiographical data.
