COVID 19: Mitigating Neonatal Mortality Coalition Grant 3

The goals would be to support the overall initiative in using implementation research methods to strengthen and accelerate the work to study implementation of PSBI and understand the challenges and success, strategies and contextual factors contributing to the PSBI work. Specific areas of focus will include 1. Supporting each country program in the design of their PSBI implementation focusing on embedded approaches using IR to better understand the challenges, successes, of implementation, strategies chosen, implementation outcomes and contextual factors influencing them 2. Support development of a global Implementation research agenda with a unifying framework to synthesize the learning from each country for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation for PSBI 3. Lead multi-country analysis and support manuscript preparation with in-country research teams. 4. Lead virtual convening of partners across the participating country project in a community of practice over the implementation/evaluation period to enhance learning throughout implementation
