Description
To create stable cell lines expressing human or Rhesus NaV1.8 voltage-gated sodium channels in a neuronal cell background. This research proposal contains two components: Phase I – creating human NaV1.8 stable cells; Phase II – creating Rhesus NaV1.8 stable cells.
