Curie Global Fellowship Partnership Agreement

The purpose of this Partnership Agreement is to specify: • the relationship between the Beneficiary and the Partner Organisation relative to the Outgoing Phase , including the respective rights and obligations; • the relationship between the Partner Organisation and the Researcher, including the respective rights and obligations; • the support to be provided to the Researcher by the Partner Organisation, during the period spent at the Partner Organisation premises (the “Outgoing Phase”) as foreseen in the Grant Agreement. Article 2 – Duration of the Partnership Agreement The Partnership Agreement shall enter into force when both parties have signed from the date of the second signature. The Partnership Agreement will last until the end of the Outgoing Phase. The provisions relating to access rights and confidentiality, for the time period mentioned therein, as well as for Applicable law and settlement of disputes shall survive the expiration or termination of this Partnership Agreement.
