Cystic Fibrosis Lung Transplant Transition - Regional Dissemination Network

The site subawards are budgeted at $9,720 per year ($9,000 direct costs; $720 indirect costs). two years to cover travel and hotel for up to five team members (including lung transplant patients and/or family members) to attend the following meetings: 1. Wave Regional Launch 2. Intra-regional exchange meetings (monthly regional meetings with sites within a region having the option to travel to one site for the meeting) 3. National Summits (2) - November 18-19, 2019, St. Louis, Missouri, and May 1-2, 2020, Baltimore, Maryland For each subaward, up to $1,000 in direct costs may be used to support individual improvement meetings, supplies and materials.
