Statement of Work
In this R01 proposal with Dr. Jing Zhang from the University of California, Irvine, we will perform all the validation experiments, including Hi-C, STARR-Seq and CRISPR experiments. We will also use CRISPR technology to edit the genetic variants and investigate its effect on gene regulation.
