Project Details
Description
Analysis of the complex cellular system in transplanted hearts is critical for understanding the mechanisms of chronic graft failure in heart transplant patients. This project aims to develop and apply novel single cell multiomics methods to dissect donor and host cell chimerism and delineate the origins of pathogenic cell types. The project will deliver a powerful technology and several computational tools for studying cell lineages and cell fates and the research outcome will greatly benefit research of cellular systems of human organs and diseases.
