Description

Develop the Oxford Nanopore MinION system for real-time cDNA/RNA sequencing of dengue, chikungunya, and zika viruses. Currently using this system to seqeunce HLA and KIR genes for the DHIPC cohorts (Nicaragua). Not rfor use as a diagnositc per se, but for real-time analysis of viruses circulating in an area.
