Development of Compact and Low Cost Fully Integrated DC-DC Converter with Resonant Gate Drive and Intelligent Transient Response

Project: Research project

Project Details

Description

The goal of this project is to deliver a practical solution for fully integrated power regulators that have tiny silicon costs (1~1.5W/mm2 power density), efficiency close to discrete solution (80~90%), a wide range of power and voltage support, and strong benefits in transient response and flexibility for SoC integration.
