Project Details
Description
The goal of this project is to deliver a practical solution for fully integrated power regulators that have tiny silicon costs (1~1.5W/mm2 power density), efficiency close to discrete solution (80~90%), a wide range of power and voltage support, and strong benefits in transient response and flexibility for SoC integration.
